The packages the Python systems use. Only [project].dependencies — the environment the Python runs in is generated.

Commit uv.lock. A mind's results depend on the exact versions that compute them.

axonl prepare builds one environment for the cognet with uv. A cognet with Python but no packages needs no pyproject.toml.
